(12oz serving)
*Froth 5 ounces of milk with 5-7 ounces of hot water.
*Mix in one scoop of
Big
Train Steam Engine Mocha Mix
*Stir briskly & pour into a 12 ounce mug.
*Top with whip cream if desired, serve and ENJOY!!
Flavor Variation: Try this same recipe with any of
the Big Train Steam Engine or Blended Ice Coffee flavors.
16oz Blended Ice Coffee
*Pour 5oz of Chilled Coffee, Milk or Water into blender
*Add 2 scoops Big
Train Blended Ice Coffee Mix (any flavor)
*Add 12oz of ice and blend until smooth
*Poor, Relax and ENJOY!!

*Froth 5oz Milk w/ 7oz Hot Water
*Mix in 1 scoop Vanilla
Latte
*Stir Briskly & Pour into 12oz Mug
*Top w/ Whipped Cream if desired
Vannana Latte
(12oz serving)
*2 scoops of Vanilla
Latte Blended Ice Coffee
*1 TBS of vanilla
*1 ripe banana
*4-5 oz of milk or half-in-half
*1/2 cup of vanilla ice cream
*Add 6-10 oz of ice (or desired consistency)
*Blend all ingredients until smooth
*Top with whipped cream and Enjoy!!
