REFUND - RETURN POLICY

Returns - Unopened products may be returned within 15 days of purchase. Once a product is received back by Box-Of-Goodies, a credit for the purchase price (minus shipping charges) will be issued to your credit card within 5 business days.
Damages - Damage claims must be reported to Box-Of-Goodies within 5 days of receipt. In order to receive a refund or replacement, please save the box, the product and any packing materials for the shipping company to pick-up and inspect if neccessary.
