Yes, we ship orders all over the world. (Excluding Gift
Baskets and Fresh Flowers) For information on orders shipping
to AK, HI, PR and military addresses click here. For international

How do I qualify for FREE SHIPPING?
We offer FREE Ground SHIPPING on orders OVER $55 shipping within the 48 contiguous states. (Excluding Gift Baskets and Fresh Flowers) Orders shipping within the 48 states that are $55 and under will be charged live UPS rates based on weight of the order and the destination of delivery. You will have the opportunity to view your shipping charges before your final click to purchase.
* Shipping charges for Gift Basket and Fresh Flower orders will depend on what you order and where it is shipping. You will have the option to view your shipping charges before entering your credit card info.
How will my order ship?
We ship using UPS to orders within the 48 states. Unless
otherwise requested, your order will ship via UPS ground.
Please allow 5 to 7 days for delivery. If you need your
order delivered sooner, please choose one of our express
shipping options when completing your order. Additional
charges will apply.
When will my order ship?
Orders placed by 4pm EST will be shipped the same business
day! Gift Basket and Flower orders placed by 12(noon) EST
will be shipped the same business day!
To meet our commitment of same day shipping, we inventory
most of our products and keep plenty in stock to meet these
needs. A few of our products however, we do not keep in
stock. In order to allow for mixed cases and special orders,
these products are ordered direct from the manufacturer
after we have received the order from you. This means that
these orders are shipped two days after the order is placed
and require 5 to 10 business days for delivery. Examples
of these items include: WowCow!, Flavor Syrups, Gift Baskets,
Fresh Flowers, Handmade Chocolates, etc. We thank you for
your patience. We don't have back-orders very often. But if we do and
your order is unable to ship, you will be notified via phone
or email.
How do I know you received my order?
You will receive an e-mail confirmation within minutes of
placing your order. Included with the e-mail confirmation
will be a link to our automated tracking system. You can
track shipments from pickup to delivery. Helpful hint -
Tracking numbers are posted the day after we ship. Please
wait 24 hours before tracking. If you should notice a shipping

Do you offer a guarantee?
Yes, your satisfaction is always guaranteed.
What if I need to make changes to
or cancel my order?
We will make every effort to change your order as long as
it has not been delivered or in transit. To request a change,
e-mail us at: info@box-of-goodies.com. Normally, a request
change submitted by 12 (noon) EST (on the ship day) can
be implemented. During peak holiday periods (Christmas,
Mother's Day & Valentines') same day changes may not
be possible.
I need help with a large order;
multiple products, recipients and/or locations. Do you provide
personalized service?
